Our regular shipping hours are 9:00am - 3:00pm Monday through Friday EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm may not be shipped until the following business day.

All shipping is done through UPS. All shipping options are listed with live rates on the shopping cart page after a product has been added.

All "Free Shipping" promotions valid for shipping to the continental (contiguous) U.S. only, Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.

We do not accept orders intended for export and use outside the USA or Canada. Orders suspected of export for use outside of the U.S. and Canada will be cancelled and refunded.

Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, fees, taxes, etc. and these amounts will be charged separately by the shipper, customs broker, etc.

We cannot and will not ship 240v versions of any of our products to US or Canadian addresses, without exception.

Customers located outside of the U.S. and Canada, please check availability for purchase through our International Resellers.
